Cláudia Rodrigues
Partner at FSO Consultores since 2005.
Degree in Management and Administration from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Lisboa, with post-graduate studies from the Faculty of Business and Economic Sciences of the same university in “Financial Derivatives and Financial Innovation”. Currently, Arbitrator of the Tax Arbitral Tribunal of the Arbitration Administrative Centre (CAAD).
Began her career in the Tax Department of one of the Big Four, where she stayed for 9 years, having been in charge, as Senior Manager, of the Indirect taxation group, namely with regard to VAT issues, as well as of questions related with taxation in Angola.
Of all the areas of activity where her experience has been acquired, it should be highlighted the financial sector, including insurance, and the real estate sector, where she had the chance to develop and adjust efficient VAT deduction methodologies and to optimise projects aimed at obtaining cash-flow gains.
At FSO Consultores, along with being responsible for her specialisation area – Indirect Taxation – Cláudia Rodrigues also coordinates transfer pricing projects.
